How to install CanSimfly eSIM?

Make sure you can access the email we sent you.

Make sure you have a stable Internet connection such as Wi-Fi or mobile data.

    Activate eSIM upon arrive at your destination

Go to phone Settings

Click Cellular ( Depends on your IOS version, it might show “Mobile Data” etc.)

Click Add eSIM

Clike Other Options
Via “QR code”
Scan QR code provided via the email we sent you
Then Click Continue (takes a few minutes to connect) and then skip to Step2

Via “Enter Details Manually

1) Copy and paste “SM-DP+Address” and “Activation Code” we gave you in the email.

2) Click Next and then Click Continue

3) Click Done when it shows “Setup Complete”

Click Cellular Data when it shows “Cellular Plan Labels”

Click Custom label, and then type in “CanSimfly + your destination” .(eg. Cansimfly USA) and then Click Done then click Continue

Click Primary and then Click Continue at “Default Line” page

Click Primary and then Click Continue at “iMessage & FaceTime” page

Click CanSimfly and DISABLE “Allow Mobile Data Switching” option (important), and then Click Done
Ignore if it shows “Unable to activate”

Go to phone Settings
Click Cellular
Click Primary, and then Turn OFF Turn On This Line，and then go back

Click CanSimfly eSIM, and then Turn ON Turn On This Line and Data Roaming

Go back to Cellular, make sure CanSimfly is selected as the default for “Mobile Plan Label”
